Hasn't this been a beautiful Autumn? I love the changing leaves and the amazing weather we've been having here in Idaho. The best part of this season is Thanksgiving! These cooler days put me in the mood to bake and I've got some great options lined up for you for your Thanksgiving feast!

I'll admit that I've never been a big pumpkin pie eater, until I met this one. The flavor and texture are amazing! It has a full, dark flavor and the texture is firm and smooth. Lemon Chiffon Cake for Easter

There are certain flavors that remind me of specific holidays. Chocolate for Valentine's Day, pumpkin spice for Thanksgiving, and cinnamon and clove for Christmas. Easter is a lemon flavor. Not only does the light, refreshing flavor of lemon taste like Spring, but the beautiful yellow fits right in with the blooming daffodils and forsythia bushes. So, to celebrate Spring, here is our Lemon Chiffon Cake just in time for your Easter dinner.
